Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The 14-day withdrawal period begins from the day you receive your goods — not the date your order was placed.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us with a clear statement of your decision to cancel (for example, by email). You do not need to give a reason.

Upon cancellation, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

Return shipping costs (to myself, in the uk) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.
