Welcome to Lucky Tacky. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us (Lucky Tacky, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Lucky Tacky is a clothing and accessory brand based in the UK. Some items are handmade by us (e.g. hair clips), and others are produced by carefully chosen manufacturing partners and shipped directly to customers.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason.

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed on the site.

Prices for products are as stated at the time we accept your order, less any applicable discounts. We may revise prices at any time, but changes will not affect accepted orders.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on clothing to UK, US, and Canada for non-reduced section items items; reduced/fault items may be excluded.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees in their own country.

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

Your right to return items and receive refunds is explained in our Returns & Refund Policy (linked separately). By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted our Returns & Refund Policy.

5. Faulty / Discounted Items

Items sold in the “Reduced” section are clearly marked as such, with described imperfections. By purchasing them you accept the item “as described.”

If an item arrives with an undisclosed fault (not listed in the product description), you can request a refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery.

6. EU Product Safety (GPSR Compliance)

All products sold by Lucky Tacky are intended to meet applicable UK and EU consumer product safety requirements.

Where required by law, our manufacturing partners or their authorised EU representatives ensure that products placed on the EU market are compliant with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).

7. Your Use of Our Website

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes.

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

You agree not to misuse the site (e.g. hacking, scraping, interfering with its servers).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, images, design, logos) is owned by or licensed to Lucky Tacky.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use our content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucky Tacky is not liable for:

indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,

delays or failures in delivery,

misuse of products by customers.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer (e.g. under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Scotland.
