Refund and Return Information

Here is the action I can take with my manufacturer depending on the situation:

1. If you recieve the wrong item, size, or the item is sent to the wrong address (different than whatever item, size or address you specified) you are eligible for a replacement or full refund.

2. If your item has low print quality or wrong position of print you are eligible for a replacement or full refund. Examples: blurry print, design placement issue (too low, wrong way up etc), print that peels off, and designs printing too large or small that it is too far from the original design.

3. You are eligible for a replacement or full refund if your items size is wrong - 3cm bigger or smaller than size chart.

4. You are eligible for a replacement or full refund if your items colour is very different from how it should be

5. You are eligible for a replacement or full refund if your items quality is very unsatisfactory - broken, holes, torn, wrong thread colour, crooked, missing parts of design, stains and white underbase visable.

6. You are eligible for a full refund if the product is out of stock

7. You are eligible for a replacement or full refund if the product is lost during shipping or logistics are not updated for 30 days.

8. You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your order before the item is put into production. After this, only the shipping fee can be refunded, so please be quick to cancel is needed because items are put into production very quickly.

Where are the clothes manufactured, and how ethical is Lucky Tacky?

Clothing in made in China. Finding a manufacturer that I trusted ethically was very important to me, but I'm very impressed with the standards of the one I have found and decided to work with for my brand. Please be assured that if any information arised about my manufacturer that compromised this trust in them, I would cut ties immediately and find another to partner with.

Furthermore, as much as possible items will be made of cotton, as polyester is more damaging to the enviroment. This means that my items costs more, but I hope you understand why this is important to me. There are cases where this isn't as easy e.g. flexible skirts need the stretchy polyester material for a snug fit but my focus will always be cotton as much as possible. Also, by using a 'made to order' method, we can reduce landfill waste and ensure only as much items as needed are made!

How long does it take to receive a product?

Clothing will take 1-2 weeks to be produced, and another 1-3 weeks for shipping to delivered. Stickers and badges will ship from myself in the UK within a week of ordering. Uk orders will be sent with standard 2-4 day shipping, international orders ship with standard international shipping, 6-7 days. I will be using Royal Mail for these.
